Simple enough. Editing a post, is basically the same as creating it. You just need to share your current post, to the edit form, as props. Once you get the current content of the post in your current editor form, just submit a simple API "comment" with the current data. If the post exist, the post will be replaced Edited. otherwise, the post will be created.
