Les escribo para comenzar a compartir mi experiencia en el reto de IBM para startup de http://ibmbluecode.com desde Venezuela he comenzando a transitar el proceso para preparar una idea basada en blockchain para enfocarla a ayudar a los venezolanos que lamentablemente estamos emigrando del pais.
