I would like to propose creation of a Blurt Account we can all Delegate to fund a Nationwide Blip Billboard Campaign.
This way, anyone can contribute as much, or little as they choose to help promote BLURT across the United States from one Freeway Exit to the next~!
Of course, there are a few details to work out in order to achieve Group/Blurt/Consensus on Billboard Design & Locations to first select, and I am happy to discuss method's of making this as much a Group Decision as possible.
Obviously, I have never written a formal proposal for Blurt before and do not have the faintest idea how to do it correctly, and thus, this post...!!!
