Vegan - way to go!

@thehumblebee you definitely have the signs of IBS. I have been down the path and whilst I am vegan (mon~fri) and vegetarian on the weekends (it is the right balance for me), I tackled IBS whilst still eating some meat (during my transitioning to a vegetarian).
