Serra and Bear wander through the forest. Serra woke up in the inn and seems to be missing a large chunk of time in her memory. She has no recollection of the repeated attacks of Gobbo but she is still accompanied by Bear and he claims that she summoned him to help rid herself of that sneaky Gobbo. Perhaps Serra's summon spell went awry and somehow altered time as well as space?

All of a sudden they are confronted by an irate woodsman who looks suspiciously like Hairy Bear. In fact he looks exactly like Bear and both of them are somehow compelled to attack each other and charge.
