More than 1,200 medicines dispensed in pharmacies fall in price as of November 1

With this drop in prices they will reduce the public invoice of medicines by more than 39 million euros, according to the calculations of the Ministry of Health, Consumption and Social Welfare and that have been remembered by the General Council of Pharmaceutical Colleges.

For example, anti-inflammatory, anti-glaucoma, opioid or antipsychotic analgesics. Thus, the ten active ingredients with the greatest impact on the decline represent 89% of the invoice reduction.

Among the presentations that fall in price are active ingredients such as ibuprofen, asthma drugs such as salbutamol, formoterol or budesonide, antidepressants such as duloxetine, oral contraceptives such as levonorgestrel / ethinylestradiol or antipsychotic medications such as risperidone.

Ibuprofen (600 milligrams) in 40 tablets

Paracetamol (650 milligrams) in 20 tablets

Omeoprazole (20 milligrams) in 28 capsules (1.55 euros).

Losartan (50 milligrams) in 28 tablets
(2.67 euros).

Lovastatin (40 milligrams) in 28 tablets (2.51).
