INGREDIENTS
500 ml whole milk (cow's milk)
1 box of cream
1/2 can of condensed milk
10 tablespoons of sugar
1 and 1/2 tablespoon powder to taste ice cream of your choice
1 tablespoon well filled with neutral alloy
1 teaspoon of emulsifier

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Beat the milk, sour cream, condensed milk, sugar, powder for ice cream, and the neutral alloy for 5 minutes at high speed, this mixture will be called the base
Place the base to freeze
After the base has been frozen, with the aid of a board and a large knife, cut everything in small cubes
Place the whole base in cubes, in the mixer and add the emulsifier
Start beating at low speed, not to force the mixer too hard, for approximately 6 minutes
After that, beat the mixture in the mixer at maximum speed and for 14 minutes or until the mixture is free of ice crystals
Being smooth and homogeneous, it's ready
Place to freeze, and is ready to serve
