How to make ice cream vanilla
Pour fresh milk and sugar into the pan, then cook until boiling while stirring constantly.
Take 1 tablespoon of milk, mix with cornstarch, stir until dissolved.
Once the mixture has been perfectly mixed, pour into the first milk stew, stirring evenly.
Then add vanilla, stir well.
Filter the milk using a thin cloth into another container.
Once the milk is perfectly filtered, pour the egg yolk into it, stirring well. Enter the egg yolks slowly.
Leave for 10 minutes. Then put in the fridge / freezer.
Wait for 15 minutes, then stir again. Do it 3 times to get smooth and soft ice cream products.
