Light in Iceland: Löðmundur

Pre-sunrise glow on the imposing mountain Löðmundur together with the Belt of Venus makes for an enchanting scene.

Löðmundur lies within the Fjallabak Nature Reserve in the south-central Highlands and is what geologists call a hyaloclastite formation.
