      I will help you. Please download Actifit app from app store and do the login. You need to walk minimum 5000 steps and then post using post to steem button in the app. Within 24 hours you will receive vote+tokens from actifit.
      1 token= 0.036$ and for 5000 steps You will get approx 20 tokens.
