Casper API project has its own monetary unit for settlements within the system — it is CST token. Our suppliers, investors, future users and those who have been following the project for a long time know about it, but let us tell you once again a little more why CST is needed.
In Casper API project CST tokens are used for settlements within the service on all blockchain platforms and for purchase of franchise by service providers.
For clarity here is an example: in the service of Casper API for storage services and CDN user will be charged, and providers are rewarded for providing the storage service and CDN. For simplicity and clarity of payments of the supplier and users of different blockchain platforms, the remuneration of the supplier will be charged in a single monetary unit-CST tokens.
But this is not the full potential of our tokens. All owners of CST tokens in the future will be able to place them on the exchanges and freely trade them, receiving financial profit. Also, many exchanges provide an additional opportunity to rent tokens.
We believe that CST lease is an important financial tool for the economic model Casper API. Free circulation of CST on the exchange can lead to a sharp increase in the value of the token — this is a barrier to the acquisition and, therefore, to the development of the service. Leases remain financially attractive to buy tokens even at a high market price. The token holder leases them and thereby increases the rate of return on investment. This scheme is beneficial and understandable to both the owner and the tenant .
Thus, CST token is a negotiable instrument that will help to make a profit and become a unit of account between all project participants.
Hey this is pretty interesting. Leases are definitely something that begs for improvement.
