I was checking this out the other day as well, definitely an interesting project! I think the coin would be used to pay those experts involved with keeping up on the virus definitions and such. Don't know if you follow CryptoBobby on YouTube, but he just had an interview with PolySwarm last night, I haven't checked it out yet but plan to.
