THE SHAREVEST PLATFORM
Blockchain Technology: Distributed Ledger Technology offers greater transparency, and automated proof of compliance. THE TOKENIZATION OF SHARES
In an age of globalisation, the desire to transfer assets or it’s ownership to another continent in the world in a short amount of time is common. This is needed for many assets such as gold, oil, stocks and more. Usually ownership is transferred with paper documentation and as of recent by electric contracts - a centralised way of completing agreements with two parties.
This method has a central oversight by one party and is usually sent through electronic mail, signatures are needed in a second step, and a final step when the signed PDF is returned the to the owner of the document. This confirms the completion of the agreement and ownership transfer. However, the tokenization of assets resolves these multiple steps, by combining real world equity with digital assets, bringing simplicity to transference from party to party.

Sharevest is a London-based company initially broadcasting UK businesses. We will add Europe to the company register before moving to the United States and then establishing a truly global presence. We will set up passporting agreements with EU countries and adhere to the regulations of any countries out of the EU.
THE SHAREVEST COMMUNITY
Sharevest is for everybody in the global business community, whether they are a startup company or investor. Initially, we will only onboard companies who are registered in the United Kingdom. We will also adhere to national legislations regarding investor profiles and competence.
THE SHAREVEST ICO
Sharevest will be targeting an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) from May 2018, to obtain financial backing of $21MM. The funds will ensure that we can disrupt the obsolete, dysfunctional financial system of raising capital in private markets and the exchange of shares with a blockchain solution. The ICO will be used to finance developing the platform, marketing operations, adoption incentives and team expansion including the necessary sales team.
The ICO, which launches our own SVX token, will also give supporters a chance to be involved with Sharevest. We have already achieved a lot and brought together a skilled team alongside product development.
TOKEN DISTRIBUTION
The Pre-sale round targeted a unit price of $0.24 (twenty four cents) per token with a 10% distribution of the token pool. The ICO will follow suit at a 60% distribution, with unit prices per token at a fixed value of $0.36 (thirty six cents). Regarding the remaining 21%: 20% will be allocated to the Company Shareholders and Early Investors; 10% allocated to team members; 5% allocation to the Sharevest platform community referral scheme, 3% to a Bounties Program and 2% allocated to Legal and Advisory Costs.
