Their team hosted a hackathon prior to the crowdsale to test the security by placing 1500 ETH in the contract to invite anyone to hack and withdraw the funds - I think it's a great / clever marketing gimmick as well as it gives them a security check so their security has been validated
You can choose any bet value from 0.001 ETH - 1 ETH with a maximum value of all tickets in 1 draw at 5 ETH (that also makes it secure and less prone to cheating potential)
Tokens are planned to hit exchanges within 2 weeks of token sales

How it works?

Players choose 6 numbers between 0-15 and set their ticket values
Payouts require at least 2 correct matches
The lottery results are token from the hash of the 3rd subsequent Ethereum block's last 6 digits which makes it fully transparent and fair
So in essence, it is the smart contract which will do all of the work in sync with the ETH wallet
Payouts are immediate, secure and anonymous after each lottery drawing as there are no sign up requirements and results are out in 60 seconds
Transaction cost is low with gas cost as low as 0.03 USD

Note that ~95% of the funds from ticket sales are transferred directly to the jackpot, 5% is given as dividends, and up to 1% for affiliates - admin can withdraw only 0.25% of the jackpot value for marketing expenses
