INTRODUCTION TO INSPEM
INSPEM wants to use artificial intelligence (AI) to recognize faces and objects using smartphones and IP cameras built on blockchain which is secure, trustless and transparent. This project allows person A to search for person B without revealing their personal details which are of great concern to many persons and countries. Anyone from around the world could connect to the platform through IP-camera, smartphones or master recorder at the software layer. This connection is established by using DynDNS or P2P services that are accessible to an average user, it only requires you to have an internet connection.
INSPEM WORKING MECHANISM
#INSPEM platform employs advanced video analytics which is based on learning neural networks for the fastest and most effective face recognition, this efficient face recognition could be used to find criminals, witnesses, or a missing person, and this process is carried out by the reporter uploading an announcement about a person or event for a search, then the platform employs miners ability to query the request, which then enables the AI to search for all the possible matches on all cameras and storage on the network, after which all the sources involved with a match are rewarded.

The team is headed by Mikhail Bondarenko who graduated from the Russian Southern Federal University with a degree in "Protected Communication Systems" and have successfully launched 5 projects in the field of retail sales and internet. The team also comprises of experts in complex IT solutions, experienced smart contract developer, IOS and Android developer, system administrator, lawyers, system administrator, PR manager, designers amongst others.
