Is this somewhat similar to other projects like Usechain or even Metadium? Metadium features have what they call Meta ID which can be used to access their platform and all personal data they have. Recently they have been listed in two exchanges along with a Metadium (META) Trading Competition, Win 1,412,000 META + 6 BTC! This is very confusing really.
