No, actually got my first Tech job in 99' at the age of 17 (PlanetClick.com). I've never used a recruitment site since but like any techy, past freelancer and employer; I know they're necessary. Job.com was one of the oldest, not the best reputation but the new project by new owners looks promising and carries a household name.
