ViMarket.io, a self-described 3D online shopping marketplace, announced on Cyber Monday that a select number of early adopters and contributors to the platform’s token sale will benefit from a 10k VR token bonus.
The sale, also called a token generation event (TGE) by the team’s developers, was announced November 15, 2017 — with the actual TGE being carried out in 2018. Early participants will also be given a chance to receive virtual reality hardware, with the largest contributors ultimately being awarded the prize.
The specific hardware provided will also depend on the time of participation, as supplies are limited. However, in partnership with Flightdeck VR, customers that purchase “ViTokens” (the platforms online shopping tokens) can receive anything from VR-EZ mobile clip-on viewers to an all-inclusive one Vizor headset, Glasses Free 3D Tablet, or even a next-generation “Av1ator” headset.
The Av1ator is a VR headset that delivers PC-based virtual reality experiences, all with just ⅓ the size and weight of the Oculus Rift or HTC Vive. The different level of awards come in packages: from entry-level “cloud” packages to “pro” level packages.

All customers have to do is present their receipt of a purchase of Vitokens and they will be able to claim their prize at the exhibition.
As it stands, Vitokens are available at a discount price prior to the pre-sale, occurring in January 7, 2018 as it has been rescheduled so that a new, institutional grade token sales and distribution platform could be integrated in response to the high anticipated volume of participation expected for the event.
