RentBerry is another great project that is using Ethererum to build up the decentralised platform that allows landlords and tenants to execute all the transaction at a single place. The biggest benefit of this is, it elliminates the middle men and all the third parties in between. The aim of the ICO is to modify the existing platform (found in 2015). The current implementation manages everything from open houses to long term rentals. Why would people go for it? People are going to love this platform as it help to create a transparency between the landlord and the tenants. Also the landlord can review a tenant and based on that future landlord of the same may provide the apartment or reject the application.

I found RentBerry to be completely revolutionising and creating a transparency between the people and rent agreements. There are a lot of things that can be further added to the platform like auctioning a Apartment or a House where people can place their bids for the same. I thing this is the platform that is going to make this world a better place by simplifying the whole process. The may go loud in future. I would definitely recommend it to you guys to keep a close eye on it.
