My husband is a pharmacist and has to be on his feet for long hours with no breaks. So i make this awesome bite size healthy cups for him with oats ,dry fruits ,chia seed ,pumpkin seed, no sugar instead date syrup , coconuts, quinoa.They are extreme tasty and tummy filler easy to grab and eat . The idea of this bites was to eat as many healthy things possible in a day which if we try to do individually cannot be followed everyday.
Second thing i do everyday is instead of store bought juices i make a mix of greens and fruit juices which includes apples ,grapes ,spinach, kale , ginger , mint, celery, cucumber and pineapple . I fill a bootle of it and have it evry now and then when i am hungry but want to cut down on junk and processed food.#EssentiallySpeaking #Tropicanaindia
