What Is The Legends Room?

The Legends Room is the first gentlemen’s cabaret in Las Vegas that accepts bitcoin for all club services. The Legends Room also features a “Members Only” area that requires the ownership of 5000 LGD tokens for entry.

The Legends Room is 15,000 square foot facility located less than a mile from the famous Las Vegas Strip. It is in very close proximity to both the Palms Casino and the Rio. It is located at 3750 Valley View Boulevard in Las Vegas.

The Legends Room consists of the main club which is open to the general public and the Members area which requires ownership of a token. The members have the access to a private entry for additional discretion.

LGD tokens are available for use in club. Customers are able to use LGD tokens for all services except gaming. Users of LGD tokens will receive a 20% discount over cash or credit card customers.

$ How many tokens do I have to buy?

You can purchase one LGD token or as many remaining available.

There will only be 3,000 memberships sold forever. The remaining tokens will be available for purchase to use for club services only. 30,000,000 tokens have been created.

$ What is the membership rental program?

Members may rent their token and charge a fee. Some of our members do not live in las Vegas and will only visit once or twice a year. The program
will allow them to potentially create revenue from the rental of tokens. Members may rent their membership themselves or through the Legends Room rental program. A small fee does apply if using the in house rental program.

Token ownership is required for entry into the VIP area. The VIP area is where our celebrity events will be held, our feature dances by top adult stars, and where our private booths and conversation areas are located.

Practically, speaking any patrons in the main club will require a rental of a token to visit privately with any of our entertainers.

Rental prices are determined by demand which will vary greatly. Celebrity appearances, major Las Vegas events, any UFC or championship boxing contest, conventions, certain holiday weekends will command higher entry prices.

Rental revenue will be collected and placed in the owners club account either in BTC or USD. Owners may request funds once the balance reaches $500.00

We are sad to see you go but we understand personal situations change. The Legends Room membership tokens will trade on major bitcoin exchanges. You will be able to offer your tokens for sale as you see fit. You may also arrange for a private sale through our concierge.

Yes. You may own a membership with friends. You can lend your membership to family members, coworkers, clients etc. Simply email the club concierge and let us know who will be using the membership. There is no fee to share a membership or allow a guest to use it.

$ How does it work regarding entry into the main club?

The main club has a cover charge that varies. Cover isn’t charged if you are a member for the main club. You may freely go between the main club and the members area. If you are not a member, you must rent a token to go through to the VIP area.

All celebrity appearances will only take place in the Members area.

The Legends Room plans a full calendar of public relations beginning in May 2017. Our team will be doing a press week in New York and Los Angeles at the conclusion of the token sale.

A grand opening week is planned with appearances by world famous celebrities, athletes, Las Vegas personalities, adult stars and media personalities.

The Legends Room retains a full time publicist and social media coordinator to keep members of the financial and entertainment press up to date with all of the happenings at the club.

One of the stated goals of the Legends Room is to expose and promote the idea of tradable tokens for fractional assets to the public.

Nick Blomgren President and CEO

Nick has managed, promoted, or owned adult clubs in Las Vegas for the past 25 years. A veteran and a legend of the Las Vegas nightlife scene, Nick is known for providing premium club experiences to recognized names in music, entertainment and business while they are in Las Vegas.

Nick is also a US Army veteran and runs a popular martial arts gym in Las Vegas. Nick has trained and managed world recognized fighters who have competed in the UFC, Bellator, WSOF, as well as professional boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai.

Below are the full terms for the Legends Room Crowdfunding campaign.

Bittrex will host 30,000,000 LGD tokens, representing 6000 memberships to the Legends Room.
Until May 15th, each token will be worth 0.00087000 BTC which is approimately a 15% discount when BTC is $1150. This is to protect against price fluctuations of BTC over the presale period.
Due to the extreme price change of Bitcoin since the start of the crowdsale, the Legends Room team is providing an additional discount on the price. At the end of the crowdsale on May 15th, 2017, the number of tokens distributed will be based on the closing price of Bitcoin.
For example if Bitcoin closes at $1500, each token will be priced at
(1/(1500*1.15)) = .00005797
. Any additional tokens will be credited at the end of the sale.

Once the presale is over, any unsold tokens are returned to the Legends Room at a fixed rated described below. Each token will be sold at the greater of $1 or market price on Bittrex.
The minimum number of tokens to facilitate the economy in the club is 4 million (equivalent to 800 memberships). After that, Legends Room gets 1 million tokens (equivalent to 200 memberships) per month to sell for the club. In the worse case, it takes 25 months for all tokens to be put into circulation.
Each token is guaranteed to be sold or redeemed within the club at $1 or the trading price on Bittrex.

All tokens in Y are guaranteed to be sold at the market price on Bittrex or $1 per token, whichever is higher.

If an additional venue is opened, such as a new location in California, another 10 million tokens are immediately unlocked to the Legends room to sell for that club.

The presale will run until May 15th, 2017 at 11:00:00 PST.

Each Legend Token is a fractional piece of a Legends Room membership. 5000 tokens are required to use a membership at the Legends Room. A membership provides the following benefits

You can also spend tokens within the club for an additional 20% discount with or without a full membership.

Once the crowdfund is over and successful, Bittrex will verify there is a working wallet, blockchain, and block explorer.

On or before May 18th, 2017, Bittrex will release the funds raised to the Legends Room team and open the market for trading within one week of this release.

No trading of the coin will be allowed until the presale ends and escrow is released.
