Cypherium:
This is referred to as Blockchain 2.0, or an improved version of Ethereum, ushering in scalability for Blockchain. As everyone in this space knows that, scalability is a huge thorn in the flesh for Blockchain tech. Cypherium claims to solve this problem through their improved blockchain version. They operate on Proof of Work vs proof of Stake, which they claim leads to single point entry of failure and is a way to avoid this.
The only issue, I see in making an investment is the minimum investment involved, which is 20ETH. This is a huge deterrent in my opinion as not everyone may have that kind of money. Even if they did, taking such a huge risk is not something that one would be willing to take.

Telcoin:
Telcoin is planning to enable even those without bank accounts to send and receive funds via mobile money. Telcoin is a coin for Telecom companies. Telcoin management is going to disburse tokens to the Telecom companies over the next 10 years, who are going to enable mobile payments. This has a unique business model involving telecom companies, hence the name.
With $500 billion in global remittances sent last year, Telcoin is looking to benefit from this, distributing their Ethereum-based cryptocurrency to national telecommunications providers globally. 5 billion people have mobile phones and in much of the developing world, mobile money is as good as cash. Telcoin is enabling a direct flow of money to those who need it the most.

Rentberry:
With Rentberry, blockchain is applied on the home rental market.A platform has been created where landlord and tenants can do away with the use of resources inherent in conventional rental transactions. The new platform enables one to do everything online, such as application, signing of agreements and splitting of payments.
Rentberry hold more than 220,000 properties, which they can leverage upon. They also have a high number of their website users. So they have a good foundation upon which they can build. Hence, If you think properties and home rentals will do well in the market, Rentberry might be a good place to start.

Bloom:
Bloom is an ICO, whose cryptocurrency enables credit scoring in a decentralized manner. Generally, credit scoring is limited to a particular country and if someone migrates, that credit score is lost, which means the person has to start building his credit score from scratch again. But there is a solution to this problem. Enter Bloom- The protocol which enables decentralized credit scoring, not limited to any particular country.
Recently, a lot of American customers Equifax accounts were compromised. This would not have happened in Bloom as it is much more secure, transparent and decentralized.
