Challenges in the current on-demand system
Most available tasks or applications in the current on-demand system are niche-oriented. No current on-demand communities have been made such that it can cater multiple types of services or skills translated into services. And this limits people from showing what they are capable of especially when their strengths do not belong on any existing communities.
Now let us say Nova loves doing some beadworks and crafts. After joining the X-system community she was able to land a few craft jobs. But when Lui, another member of the community, made a mistake on his job and X-system have not built enough rules on how they should react to Lui’s actions, leave Nova at a very tight spot. Another challenge with regards to transparency is on wages and compensation. Existing on-demand applications cannot offer transparency on compensation.
TMoney is the technical solution for the existing challenges in the on-demand market. Now, anybody who wants to make use of their skills to offer services to others can now do so without any limitations in skillsets. Transparency will be exercised and fair compensation is guaranteed. Having been built on the Blockchain, rewards will be calculated based on the stamped data saved to the Blockchain. And every single of which is irreversible and nobody can alter the data within. This way, quality of service is guaranteed and rewards are fairly distributed.
How TMoney Works
Every deal happening inside TMoney goes through 3 stages: Before the Meeting, Meeting and After the Meeting. The term Meeting corresponds to the actualization of the agreed service exchange.
The Before the Meeting phase constitutes a Meeting Requestor actively looking for a Meeting Provider inside the platform. Once the Meeting Requestor found a good fit, the Meeting Requestor will then be sending a meeting request to a Meeting Provider. Once the Meeting Provider agrees, the terms and conditions of the Meeting will then be agreed upon and finalized.
The Meeting starts when the calculation of the start of Meeting time is already active. Transactions are in the form of Smart Contracts placed on the Blockchain and tampering of data such as when the Meeting time started is not feasible.
Once the Meeting Provider finished the task or when the agreed Meeting duration is met, the After the Meeting phase will now commence. Distribution of rewards, TMoney Tokens, will then be facilitated and options to continue meeting and other arrangements can also be done during this phase.
