Is it the end of the ico in the USA ?

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has stated that the sale of ICO tokens is subject to federal securities laws and therefore requires appropriate licenses by entities attempting to raise capital in such form.

exactly my thoughts but to go a bit further, who will profit from this and where will these companies move to in order to still proceed with their ICO.

If you see what kind of money is involved in this it is surely worth relocating to do a proper ICO but might deter scammers from doing the same.

Personally I would not mind to see them move here to the Crypto Valley
