Ternion is a versatile and licenced cryptocurrency exchange, which offers fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-crypto solutions. Their ecosystem will consist of three main pillars: Ternion Exchange, Ternion Payments and Ternion Liquidity Fund.

By involving a payment processor, they will eliminate the risk of volatility and fix the exchange rate at the point of sale. Ternion Payments will handle the transactions by converting the cryptocurrency to FIAT directly through their exchange and secure the best rates through a reliable service. Therefore this system will be able to enact fixed cryptocurrency rates for the duration of transactions and to perform a transaction confirmation to block the fraudulent interactions.
The central pillar of Ternion ecosystem is Ternion Liquidity Fund. The Liquidity Fund's goal is to expand the liquidity of the whole Ternion ecosystem. This system will make sure that the Ternion Exchange and Ternion Payments system always have the requirements for continuing development and that Exchange has sufficient liquidity. Security of the Liquidity Fund is one of the most important things for the Ternion ecosystem. They will spread the liquidity fund across a combination of Cold storage, online (for direct access on the exchange) and custodial accounts to assure the security.

Ternion can already provide an MVP, and if executed correctly their vision can be successful. However, the market they enter is somewhat saturated, and their team is not that experienced yet. On the other hand, they have an influential advisory board which can compensate this lack of experience. Ternion additionally has some unique approaches to the market which could justify a decent market share.
