Topex is a new cryptocurrency exchange with a unique business model. Topex will create an ecosystem which will have a daily profit distribution between all TPX holders, as well as a loss-compensation which partially covers trade losses.
There isn't anything new or special in sharing their own profits amongst their token-owners for exchanges. It got pretty common, and there are several exchanges already doing this on the market. However, offering the exchange members to include a function of compensation for losses is unique until now. At Topex each member can enable this function. While making a trade, everyone pays commission. These commissions will be collected in a pool, which equals to 25% of the total daily profit that Exchange makes. If now, during the trade, the overall initial balance for the traded pair decreases that pair will be compensated at the end of the day and the compensation funds will be divided between the losing traders according to a specific scale.
This feature is the USP of Topex. However, there are plenty of other features which Topex aims to satisfy their customers. Every user will be able to customise the interface of the Topex exchange. Put every element in the order and place which is the most comfortable for you, delete and add tradingview charts, thus allows you to work and trade as comfortable as an exchange can ever get.
Another cool feature, which is already available to test, is their inbuilt crypto portfolio tracker, working with a timeline, the system takes daily snapshots and lets you go back in time and have a clear overview how your portfolio performs. You can share your portfolio, your profits and others will have an option to subscribe your actions and vice versa.
To pay for the services such as subscribing the experienced and successful traders, TPX Token will be used. The TPX Token is an ERC20 token and other than the ability to purchase all kind of trading-related services and paying the transactions fee it will also act as a share for the token holder. Every day 75% of the exchange profits will be distributed among the TPX holders.

The idea is a great one without any doubt and if it works as aimed; it can lower the anxiety of a total loss a lot and thus attract many more people to cryptocurrency trading. However, for now, it´s just this - an idea. The so-called MVP is a nice looking and well-working gadget to track your portfolio but not an exchange MVP at all. The team seems really experienced in the tech-sector but should definitely expand in the business sector as well and be a bit more multinational, as soon the project develops.
To summarize, we see a lot of potential in Topex, but still there are a lot of work to be done.
