So ico - initial coin offerings have become routine affair. Some are scams - BEWARE.
But some have real promise out there and really look promising.

My list includes:

  1. Filecoin - decentralized file storage based on blockchain. You can even earn through their software by renting out free hard disk space. Filecoin token Ico is open as of now.
