Private Yachting has been growing steadily for some years. Many people around the world, private yacht. One of the biggest problem for these private yachting is that people sometimes don't get proper navigation equipment which sometimes can be really frustrating for people. I can easily say Private Yachting is growing a lot. Yet there's no perfect product for navigation which is only made for private yachting. I am also missing the Small Yachting Charter Companies.
Yes, you must be thinking of Marin Navigations. They were mainly made for military or commercial fleets. They also lack mobile device component. And not to mention they cost a lot of money. Our current navigation system is not the best product for Private Yachting and for Small Yachting Charter companies.

From this proper Navigation problem for Private Yachting, The idea of BoatPilot and this project was born. So

What is BoatPilot?

BoatPilot is project based on the blockchain. BoatPilot is an integrated marine navigation service with augmented reality capabilities. Another thing, it's the first of this kind in the whole world and it's completely free. It's mainly made for Navigation which will be used for Private Yachting. And as it will be free everyone can use it.

Now here's the best part, users will be able to update the existing charts or create a new one and it will all be checked to ensure the data is valid. This alone makes it the best navigation system. The more people sail and participate the more resourceful and bigger the database becomes. It will always be updated and accurate, unlike our current Navigation systems. There's also an Augmented Reality function which will be useful during poor visibility condition. And then guess what it's free! One can get all of these features for free of cost and it will be available on Android and iOS. Making it user-friendly and easy to use.
