1. Development Tool
   OCaml is not good for applications where performance must be very predictable---like embedded systems.
   As to predictability, I think OCaml actually beats C in that realm, with the level of optimization that is expected of C compilers, and the fragility of many of those optimizations. OCaml's compiler is very literal about what it compiles your code into.
   Therefore, as a developer's point of view Tezos is stronger tool than Ethereum.

1. No supply cap of Tezos (Cap의 무제한)

After the fundraise, Tezos will use a non-dilutive inflationary policy set at a rate of around 5%.
Non-dilutive means that if 100% of the network staked, 100% of the network would receive about 5% more tezzies each year, thus making the effect of the inflation neutral. If people do not choose to stake but you do, you will earn proportionally more than the inflation rate and thus be rewarded on net. Conversely, if you are selected to validate block(s) and do not for the entire year, you will not receive any additional tezzies and your stake will proportionally shrink by about 5%. Delegates are likely to share some of their block reward in a bid to attract more delegation. This can be amended by stakeholder vote in the future.
I don't know exactly the structure how to distribute the stake and dividend to the participants of ICO.
They have already prepared for our concerns about no caps for ICOs.

이것은 미래에 이해 관계자 투표로 개정 될 수 있습니다.
