Real-Estate investment has been considered to be the most profitable investment among all other forms of investment but the problems facing the sector has hindered its growth and development. Real-Estate investment should have been the most secured and safest form of investment but there are challenges facing this particular sector. Owning of properties should have been the easiest things but lots of barriers and difficulties have hindered it which this has added to its inefficiency.

Some problems have been identified facing the REAL ESTATE which I will be discussing below.
The first identified problem is the issue of transaction fees which is very high. High fees arise as a result of centralization in the REAL ESTATE investment. Centralization has been the major problem affecting the growth and development of REAL ESTATE investment because for every centralized industries there is always availability of third-party services in which this third-party services always charge high amount of money for their services rendered in the platform. Another identified problem has been the issue of restrictions on some countries which this has affected the growth and development of this sector.
