Springrole - A practical example of the real world use of the blockchain technology through verified attestation

In my last article about springrole I talked about how it plans to be a reputation based platform for attestion of professional profile on the immutable blockchain. It plans to restore confidence back in the recruitment process and eliminate falsified claim or inaccurate information on professional's resume or profile.

In this article I will be shedding more light and focus on the springrole attestators and their verification process.

The attester's on the platform will be classified into five categories;

1. Persons: individuals with verified repute on the springrole platform can attest to other person's claim of either working in an organization, attending a school or endorsing a skillset.

2. companies: organization can also attest to the fact that a certain member was a former employee, position held, number of years spent and other relevant necessary information.

3. Schools/ colleges/universities: These group of organisation are in a better position to attest to the claims made by a member of the school attended, course studied, duration and grade on the platform whether it is accurate or false.

4. Course provider: These are more like professional bodies. They can sign up on the plaform and confirm if a user actually has completed his course as claimed. E.g a member that claims to be a chartered accountant will have to be cleared by ICAN whether it is true or not.

5. Examination provider: Third party can also conduct examinations and attest to results and scores of users.

Note that springrole will only allow verified users to validate claims or attestation on the platform.
Two level of verification are required for individual users which are
LEVEL 1

1. Signing up with personal email which will be verified.
2. Signing up with employer or school email address for easy confirmation and validation to organisational attestors.
   LEVEL 2
   Signing up with KYC information, contacts and documents

While verification for organisations is a little bit different, they are required to sign up with identity provider by the owner/HR, verify the company with DNS verification and authorize who attests on the company's behalf.

Springrole is also going to be rewarding the users that add value to the platform with its springrole token.

Springrole is another reallife application and use of the blockchain technology and will solving a real life problem that have always affected employers and HR department over the years.
