Experty is a blockchain project who aims to target the individual consultancy space with its solution.
Their end goal is to spread mass-adoption of the blockchain space and I believe they have really hit home with their idea of a skype-like consultancy application.
The core idea is that you as a professional can offer your services through Experty, set an per-minute rate, and help clients though the Experty mobile and web client.

What i really like about their project is that they are not trying to be a marketplace similar to freelancers or upwork. Instead they aim to be a platform that professionals can utilize for their clients.
Personally if I was still a developer i would definitely use their platform. It makes the consulting alot easier and having the payment instantly on the blockchain if really cool.
