Has anyone been following Deal Box Coin?

Has anyone checked out Deal Box Coin at DLBX.io ? My background is in engineering and financial advising so investment bankers are familiar with the problem of IPO’s, which is for companies looking to raise capital, 98% of all raises are above $400MM. This leaves a void for the $50MM to $300MM range raises, which puts companies in this range in a bind. Tough to raise that much money privately but too small for public raises. So coins and ICO’s small and mid sized ICO’s are popping up everywhere. Deal Box @ dlbx.io seems to be a viable solution as they do the vetting work internally to the same caliber as IPO’s amd then issue the coin on their platform. The inventor has a background in raising money and public companies then applied the tech, not the other way around. Thomas Carter is the inventor, he also invented the wake board. dlbx.io.
