He alerts us for the fact that some ICOs raise tons of money from expecting to make a profit, but they're not even intended to generate profits. His speech reassures how import it is to thoroughly analyze ICOs and the teams behind it. He touches the subject of a possible ICO Bubble and says he believes ICO Scams won't be around for long, specially due to the increase in third-party analysis.
