they unfortunately have no chance to resubmit - as doublespending transaction would be past crowdsale end date.

    @pioner, someone should contact http://twitter.com/@viabtc on twitter, they are doing a transaction accelerator ( this tx fee is too low to be processed using it). However, they could be sympathetic to your case and accelerate the stuck transaction even considering the fee problem.
