most of this coin are plan to fail, with big promise they attract more investor to join them. they not meant to bring benefit to their investor but take the money and run. AKA scam coin.

I agree that there are a lot of scammy coins out there, but you cant ignore that there are many coins that are actully trying to do good both to their investors and technology, the good projects out there need to outmarket the shit ones so people will know about them.

That's 100% true. And that's why the way that an ICO market itself tells a lot about the project.
I always check the team experience on Linkedin, their blog articles, if it gives real value or just complete shill and when I find a project that looks legit, I dig into it on the technical level.
