    Initial Crypto Offering. It's pretty much the same thing as IPO (Initial Public Offering) of a stock on the New York Stock Exchange except this is with cryptocurrency. Usually you will be required to give your ethereum or a different cryptocurrency in order to fund the new ICO being built!
