Substratum is a Blockchain project which aims to bring decentralized web hosting to reality through Blockchain technology in a way any computer can participate as a substratum node,thereby acting as a web server and getting paid for every web request it accomplishes, using the sub token as Gas .
This means that the websites hosted on the substratum network cannot be sensored or brought down by any government or central authority.
