SPINDLE is an investment/asset management platform with unalterable, highly transparent information based on blockchain and smart contract technologies. It records the operator's plans, history and performance with cryptocurrency using blockchain technology, so customers can judge investment options based on information that cannot be falsified. Also, customers make direct investments using the SPINDLE currency, so that no third party can intervene in the investment process. Such investment is immediately recorded in the blockchain using smart contract technology so that the relationship between investors and asset managers is created on equal terms without the need for conventional banks or securities companies to act as middlemen.

SPINDLE believes that establishing a fair relationship between investors and asset managers is the best way to remove investors' vague sense of unease about investment/asset management, and the underlying transparency and reliability of information will serve as a catalyst for more people to become involved in proactive investment/asset management. Currently, the investment options in Spindle are to invest in global digital currency managers, but in the future, promising startups seeking funds and crowdfunding will be added to the list of investment options. For those participating in Private Sale, any transaction is prohibited until SPINDLE is listed on the cryptocurrency exchange. Once listed on the cryptocurrency exchange, those who par participate in

PrivateSales areforbidden to l two-thirds of their own SPDs on the cryptocurrency exchange (direct sale is exempt from this rule) in the first month since it is registered.

And until the second month listed, those participating in Private Sale are forbidden to sell one third (1/3) of their own SPDs on the cryptocurrency exchange (direct sales are exempt from this rule). English, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Russian. 

 SPINDLE MODEL + Service Roadmap 

 After the ICO, SPINDLE will be made available on Windows, Mac, IOS and Android as an application called SPINDLE Service Application (SPA). SPD holders can use the SPA app to invest in virtual currency hedge funds around the world. SPINDLE PROTO #2 is the SPA beta version, and after the ICO, the SPINDLE committee will select 5 to 10 virtual currency hedge funds and ICO tokens will be made available.  

 

SPA, also known as PROTO #3, is planned to be released between the fall and winter of 2018, and in addition to virtual currency hedge funds and ICO tokens, SPD holders will be able to invest in ICO funds (ICO venture capital funds) and tokens linked to assets such as gold and real estate etc. 

After winter of 2018, the SPA app will enter its PROTO #4 phase and is planned to have the additional capabilities of being a “virtual currency wallet”.
