🚨Is XEN XeniaCoin a scam? 🚨

in ico •  6 years ago  (edited)

You have made unfounded aligations by calling our project a scam. There are loads of business people who do not use nor have a LinkedIn profile and you have not read through each of our teams on the list to even know their responsibility and how they function but to do your shady review because you didn’t get the airdrop service so every other service is a scam.
We have written to clearify to confirm thier position and association with us, we didn’t request to add their logo on our site but it was a condition of verification and you say we put them as partners but you should be reasonable enough to see that clearify logo is in a different shade and put aside from our partners.
Our legal strategist will be writing to you officially, you called him a scam as well because his social media or choice is Facebook.
We gave you our company’s registration details and that did not satisfy you but you Came on our channel to cause FUD.
You do not call a project a scam because they do not use your service, you do not call a project a scam because it’s not run according to your idiologies or standards.
We will definitely follow you legally if you do not apologize for wrongful accusations.
We have operational Offices and products and yet you could not see any good but just to outrightly call XeniaCoin a scam.

We simply present the facts as we found them and leave it up to viewers to decide.

In my professional opinion, if it is not an outright scam it is certainly one of the most problem-ridden, poorly organized and unprofessional attempts at an ICO I've seen in a while.

As any blockchain project should know, credibility of your team is one of the most important aspects to address, and LinkedIns are a standard of this industry. It's not only the idea you are investing in, but the team behind it.

When we approached Clearify directly, as you can see above, you are NOT partners with them and should not be listed as such.

You have also failed to address the rest of those concerns listed above, including the business address, legitimate ICO reviews, the fact your ICO was listed as concluded in July, etc. etc.

Your "Legal Strategist" failed to structure a legal token sale, so I'm not too concerned with your threat there. In fact, you need to fire him, cancel your token sale, and refund your investors before you are forced to hire a real attorney to dig you out of securities fraud.

Also pretty funny is the fact that under every single one of your posts you are flagged with: "Warning! This user is on my black list, likely as a known plagiarist, spammer or ID thief. Please be cautious with this post!"

The fact you think any of this was due to you not using our service is laughable, because we would never list a project like yours. We pride ourselves in only listing legitimate, rated projects with teams that AT LEAST understand the very basics of having their act together, and you are not one of them. Yours was one of the worst we've seen lately, and you should be ashamed of yourselves. You need to fire most of your team if you truly aren't an outright scam, because you failed to meet the minimum criteria of legitimacy.

I won't apologize for stating facts and giving my opinion on your project. You asked for due-diligence and that is what I delivered.

Your failings demonstrate you are not suitable to handle anyone's funds or take money from anybody.

We are writting to respond to your claim of calling our company a scam and our team fake as well as claiming that we pliagiarized our white paper and Clearify our Partners.

REGISTRATION NUMBER OF OUR COMPANIES: SIX38COINTRADER PTY LTD : 2017/329360/07 NCR REG NO: NCRCP10326 XENIA CAPTIAL : K2017209526 SIX38PPN UK : 11319825

Our sites and associated platforms : www.six38ppn.com , www.xeniacoin.org , www.xeniawallet.app , www.etherian9.com, www.naijalaziyouthpol.com

  1. Firstly our team are real people and not fake, we are a Registered company in all the jurisdiction we engage and our business interest and engagements spans across various sectors and fields as such we have a whole lot of advisors in those various areas and most of them are not very internet savvy nor enthusiastic about social media yet they are very successful in the various fields. Our team members that have a social foot print you can write to them personally and you will get their responds.

  2. Secondly we have been online longer that the company you claim we plagiarize, the fact that you only just came across us and heard about us does not mean we have just showed up, we have been there with our platforms building and developing one step at a time and getting better by the day so the claim that we plagiarized some whitepaper is false, our sites and documents has been up there since middle of 2017, we have reviewed and updated them as we go along the way.

  3. The company that has made this review and claim is an airdrop service that is embittered that we did not give them this service but we gave to their competitor so they felt we must be a scam since we did not give the airdrop service to them which is a scam in itself to cyber harass reputable companies because you feel they do not align to you desires and needs. We are open to constructive critizm but we will not accept any form of cyber harassment or bullying and we have notified our legal team of this development.

  4. They pointed out Clearify as our partners when in fact we never called clearify our partners but rather it is clearify' standard and request that their logo be added as a condition to be verified by them. Their logo stands aside from our partners logos and shaded differently so calling making some unfounded points just to suit your narrative is completely out of place

YOU DID NOT CONSTRUCTIVLY CRITICIZE OUR PROJECT WHICH WE ARE OPEN TO BUT CALLED US A SCAM GOT YOUR PARTNER TO CYBER BULLY ONE OF OUR STAFF CLAIMING SHE INVESTED MONEY AND YOU SAY YOU WILL NOT APPOLOGIES FOR IT, THAT IS UNACCEAPTABLE.
Our physical office address is : First floor 61 Kathrine Street Sandton, South Africa, Johannesburg 2196, you can wake in there and ask for SIX38PPN and you will be directed to our office block.

If you have any concerns and clarifications you can write to us on : [email protected] or [email protected]

Update:

We spoke with the CEO of XeniaCoin this morning. They have explained themselves as a legitimate company that has simply made many mistakes to the point of appearing illegitimate upon a critical investigation.

We have agreed to alter our reviews to reflect our conversation, and they told us they would make an effort to address these concerns.

And just to be clear, we never asked to aid, list, host, or be associated with your airdrop or your business in any way. Our position on your project was made crystal clear, and we have standards that you were faaaaaaaar from even coming close to.

Thank you for contacting us and speaking with our CEO , we hope that you do the right thing by making an unbiased review, we certainly do have strong points and have achieved much more than a lot in the space.
We are an asset backed token and we clearly encourage anyone that wishes to buy our token to ensure the abide by the laws that govern their jurisdiction, from our white paper you will see the countries that are outrightly restricted and if there are conditions accepted by law they will have to follow those conditions. I hope you are clear. Thank you.

I am not an attorney, and not qualified to give legal advice, but I hope you do correct at least the FAQ where you say no countries are restricted.

You cannot simply say "oh it's in the whitepaper and people should have read that" when your FAQ says otherwise.

Being asset backed, and any language alluding to profit tends to classify tokens as securities to my understanding after dozens of conversations with other successful projects and seasoned crypto-specialized attorneys.

In fact, we just wrote an article with one of the top crypto attorneys in the U.S.

https://medium.com/cryptoweek/airdrops-the-good-the-bad-and-the-scammy-25a62eddb189

Your CEO seems like a good guy from our conversation, so we will alter our writings to be a bit less critical of you. But many of the facts we observed will remain, because they are exactly as we have found them.

We hope if you are truly a legitimate project trying to help people you will address the concerns we have highlighted, and use this article to your advantage to fix everything that so desperately needs corrected.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with us, and we wish you the best!

An unbaised review points both the strengths of a project and its weaknesses but you have not demonstrated that here, you have made suggestive opinions to influence your readers to see like you choose to see. You have a business to grow we hope you will be your own self critic, and we wish you well. We could spend time pointing your weaknesses but what good will it do for us. We're too busy setting goals and achieving them . The power of words is real and if not used constructively will become a weapon to the wishers hurt. We all someday attract what we wish for others. If only you are more reverent towards your own fruitfulness the sky could be your limit. Good luck.

I never promised to do an in-depth review, or highlight any of your "positive" points.

If you want a more in-depth review, I can write a new article, title it "XeniaCoin ICO review" and it will be more thorough.

The excuse of "oh, we're busy developing and don't have time to correct these problems" is not only a poor excuse, but only further demonstrates your failure to address critical mistakes.

You DO need to focus on these glaring issues, the fact you've begun an ICO with almost 30 team members but none of them have said "hey guys, wait a second, we have typos everywhere, our Linkedin's suck, and should the website say this?"

It's up to you to earn the trust of the audience. I am EXTREMELY critical of my own projects. It's necessary to show that you are legitimate and you care.

My review was unbiased, I have never met any of you prior to this and don't harbor any ill-will against anyone, but you totally look, by almost every metric one would evaluate, to be illegitimate, or at the very least, a failure not addressing the most basic necessities of any project in the token-sale phase. Your website and whitepapers aren't even a good first draft, and you are clearly ignoring some legalities you really shouldnt.

Your whitepaper has many sections that are a word-for-word copy of another.

And the more I think about it, the less convinced I am you are real because how could anyone think the mistakes you made are okay and continue with a token sale? It shows you aren't serious enough to be trusted in my opinion, and surely that of anyone who critically reviews your project. Which may be why I don't see it reviewed by any experts yet, becasue it would fail miserably.

BUT, since you did at least copy and paste all the "limits of liability" and disclaimer words, you could be a real, registered company, open up a token sale, take everyone's money, and deliver nothing and keep all the money as the legal verbage says you owe your investors absolutely nothing and make no guarantees.

AND if you are fine with having such a poorly put together website, whitepaper, tokensale, unprofessional team, etc. Then it is more likely you will fail to deliver than not.

If you want me to do a review, you probably won't like the result.. Your "positive points" or your mission statement mean NOTHING if you don't address the most basic necessities of running a legit project by all standards. It would be a short paragraph followed by pages and pages of glaring mistakes no project should ever attempt a public sale before correcting.

Still waiting on that picture of your HQ I was told we'd receive.

MR, your co partner framed a story of buying our token and we stealing peoples money, I have it on record and that you know is not true, Like I said before the unprofessional manner in which you and your partner run your business can be called to question and so be careful . If this is how you feel you want to resolve this I will personaly get with you on this. I have tried to be civil I can see you are a trouble shoter and a distractor . We never made such promise to take a picture and send to you, your distraction is worth no attention, I had personally asked you to get on zoom on a video call and connect to our team in our head HQ , our legal strategist and every other office and you said that is not neccesary and now you demand for a picture of a HQ from us. You can go ahead with your opinion you post an scandalous attitude, you run your ICO and raise 10k$ and then you can talk to me of how we should run ours.

Good luck!
