DarcMatter – Decentralized Financial Services

DarcMatter platform provides an opportunity to make safe and transparent global investments via decentralized blockchain technology. Since marketing is done by partners, the development team focuses on improving the basic technology and its effective use, i.e. the main emphasis is on the product itself, not on its advertising, as happens with many other blockcain startups.

Team

Chief Executive Officer of DarcMatter is Seng H. Lee. Formerly an investment banker at leading European investment bank BNP Paribas, Sang has considerable experience in advising and conducting investment operations in North America for more than $ 10.0 billion. Sang was recognized as "Top Global Talent" and worked on projects of global strategies for the Bank's Executive Committee. Seng is also an international speaker on various topics within financial technology and Cross Border investments.

Natasha Banshopaul is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Global Award Winning FinTech Platform, DarcMatter (DM). She is a part of the founding team of DarcMatter and Return on Change, joining the company as an experienced marketing and strategy specialist with more than 10 years of leadership experience in key positions at Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 companies.

As the Chief Technical Officer of DarcMatter is Konstantin Solodky. Starting his career early, he has 17 years of experience developing commercial software. He started with the development of the Windows API in early 2000s, and later expanded the scope of work to the development of mobile applications, the server part and frontend interface, working with such verticals as banking, fintech, trade, e-commerce, manufacturing, cloud services, professional services. Now, as an active participant in the blockchain movement, Konstantin directs DarcMatter's efforts to upgrade the platform.

The team refused to use the Etherium blockchain platform in the project and chose a more accessible and modifiable NEM, which allows using much less power during the mining process and carrying out safe and fast transactions on the platform. The DMC (DarcMatter Coin) to unlock and to consummate smart contracts for investment completion, protected by the PoI protocol (The Proof-of-Importance is the algorithm that gives the participant with most importance the advantage in creating the block, is based on the status of trust to participants depending on the quality of their actions). The use of a permissioned blockchain, which is one of the types of private blockchain technology, will not allow participation of operations to a wide range of persons (as it with a public blockchain) and gives the platform the level of security and confidentiality necessary for the investment industry.
