If you ever had a schedule with a cardiologist, you will realize that all they need for accurate diagnosis and prompt intervention is information of their patients. They get some of this data or information from the patients themselves or through invasive laboratory investigations which can be very expensive. Some laboratory tests are very uncomfortable for patients to go through. This even prevents some patients from keeping an appointment with a doctor. Also, this is very expensive, time-consuming and sometimes inaccurate because, at the time of the test, some parameters may not be captured. The verbal account of most patients is highly inaccurate. This is because most patients with cardiac conditions are quite of age and are prone to forgetfulness, inability to pay attention to details and all these are the setbacks of a verbal account data collection method that do not help physicians to arrive at a valid cardiac diagnosis. These are some of the many drawbacks in the healthcare systems that we have in various countries across borders. For certain diagnosis, the physician needs to know the exact daily routine of the patient seeking care.No individual is conscious enough to track all the things they do in a 24hour cycle not to even talk about month details or even a year. So we need to let our doctors get the exact activities and the things that happen to us as we go through our lives. So, then we need special devices or simple wearables to do the job for us.
FARASHA TELEMEDICINE
The FARASHA group has come up with this great idea of using blockchain technology to help keep accurate information about people so that cardiologists can analyze and help prevent cardiac-related deaths that are on the rise in the 21st century according to world health organization report. Many cardiologists around the world are already pleased with this great intervention by the vibrant group.
This is a health mobile app that will connect users over the world to a great source of health resources on the blockchain. This is what is going to do the work for all of us. Physician constraints will no more be part of the reasons why people die of cardiac arrest in countries that cardiologists are insufficient. Doctors will be here to provide resources for patients across the globe.
FARASHA PAY SYSTEM
There are a lot of inefficient health insurance systems in so many countries that make claims difficult and people end their lives due to this. We will use blockchain technology to make things better if not the best. We shall make sure that people do not lose their lives in unfortunate situations like this. By using blockchain technology, we make sure that our escrow services will make seekers of health care services receive the exact quality of care before the health worker will be able to have access to their money. We are making sure that prompt billing is done and payments are carried out on time. This means that our service is no respecter of borders or barriers. We shall use this system to reach out to every at-risk person or actual persons with cardiac conditions and solve their health problems. This is Farasha care. Good life and good heart health are promises clients will enjoy. We save lives at Farasha.

It is in fact true that medical data available to doctors help in accurate diagnoses of patients and therefore my thumb's up for this project.
