- Cook a meal. Eat it.
- Let yourself get really, truly angry and figure out what you’re mad about. You’re probably not upset about your partner showering too long, it’s triggering something deeper, and it won’t get better talking about them for three hours.
- Take all that time you would normally spend complaining about that person and do something constructive for yourself.
- Open a retirement fund.
- Write a blog.
- Invest in real estate.
- Shower.
- Hug yourself. Or your cat. Or dog. Or capybara. They’re the best.
