Why most of the people are not able to achieve their goals or implement idea's.

I believe every human being in this world is born with some uniqueness and every soul have some goals in their mind but only few are able to succeed with it.
And majority of the other people work for them to implement their idea's.

You may have heard, lot of reason why people are not able to succeed or implement their goal/ideas such as fear of failure , hard work ,not a right time, limit of funds & resources and so on.

But the truth is far beyond this.

What do we do when we have a goal or good idea in our mind?

We share it with friends, family and colleagues. Right!

Remember when you had a good idea and you shared it with your loved ones, Remember their expressions, words and response.

• They appraise you in their mind.

• They imagine you achieving your goals.

• Even congratulates you and you start feeling one step closer to that goal.

• And your mind think that you have already achieved a part of that idea.

This process actually decrease the likelihood of achieving you goals.

There are proven psychological test which says when you share your ideas with others it is less likely that you will achieve the same because your mind will get satisfied by the positive responses and you will feel a sense of achievement.

When we don't share our idea or goals.

We keep them to our-self then our mind comes under some sort of pressure that you need to achieve this to prove your idea or prove yourself to the society by achieving it.

Sharing idea's is an important step as you can validate the idea but you need to keep in mind that you mind is not being fluffed by the responses.
