Welcome to Steemit @idhyah ! I do not have ADD but I struggle with time management none the less lol I enjoyed reading your post and I hope a self defined schedule will help you stay on track :)

I do that myself with time lengths, along with to-do lists and a weekly outlook of tasks that must get done so that I can play around with some "screw-it I need some time for myself right now" time lol

Today is my #newbieresteemday - Congratulations on your quality content Newbie and as always, Keep Steemin’!

Thank you for reading :) I found when I started with my first major self-improvement endeavor (calisthenics/ bodyweight training) that diligent maintenance of a training journal works wonders in ingraining consistency as well as fostering creativity. Nothing quite like those "OWOW" moments I got when I was trying to condense my training experience and observations into words on a paper. (related to something called The Feynman Technique in academic and self-help oriented circles).

Eventually as I dug my nose into other skills - Internet marketing, learning Spanish - I found that the fundamental idea of maintaining a progress journal was still useful, for different as well as similar reasons. Thing is, you can get away with simple 30-word pen-and-paper notes if you're dealing with small volume of work. What I've realized is, the greater your work volume becomes, the more demand for efficiency it places on the organizational system in place in the back.

The organizational system must evolve together with the agent.

The organizational system must evolve together with the agent.

Very wise! I have found self improvement and exercise to be a great instigator of creativity for myself as well! Cheers! :)
