I work for a small company. The man at the top pays for everything upfront and makes a killing on the end. Like $100m a year.....we all get paid (6) between 60k and 90k.....it could be worse, but it could be better

Most of my expirience is in callcenters where it was always outsourced as much as possible for the most work for the lowest price...
And then they moved all the jobs overseas to reduce costs even more.
I never use to mind working my job when they treated us as humans, but when it all.crossed over to being about statistics not helping the customers thats when it all went downhill.
No different then a lot of customer service jobs though.

I loathe 'The System' and have been self employed since 1989 with varying degrees of success.
Most people are treated as a commodity ~ this is wrong and unacceptable in the 21st century.
