I just got a lil deeper into this and.. Even giphy is not safe.

"You shall not sell, license, rent, or otherwise use or exploit any Content for commercial use or in any way that violates any third party right or these Terms of Service. "
I would ask that you please take down all the images that don't belong to you.
If there was no money involved in this game, then there would probably be no problem.. But this is a contest with a monetary reward and I think there may be a gray area there that could open us up to legal problems if people are making money from using copyrighted material.
We did have a few people enter stuff like this earlier in the season and it may not have been perfect, yet.. This is the championship round and whoever wins this wins a good amount of steem/money so I really want to stress the importance of this because this is a rule in our contest, you must own the rights to the images you post, or else properly source them and.. I don't see a single artist you gave credit to, you didn't mention fair use for educational purposes, and at least one of the images you claimed to source, has rights reserved which means it is copyrighted.
Furthermore, you said all the non giphy ones besides that one were yours, and this one of yours even has your name on it, yet.. It appears to be someone elses work that you did not give credit to?
Did you alter their work and put it on a different background, yet did not give them credit..? This is not good if so.
Did you draw this or get permission from someone else? Or..?
Now.. I just want to stress that this is serious.. We do have a rule that says properly source your images and I don't want to deal with any legal problems, I don't think you should be punished though and that you should still have a chance to win if you just take the images down.
So.. Please take down all the images that you do not own the rights to, or that you feel are not "educational" enough to the point it would stand up in the court of law.
For example.. If you post a picture from the news which is educating people about what's happening, I doubt you'll have any problem, but if you share a picture from a movie or a video game or someones art collection to tell your story, I'm not sure that would be as protected under "fair use". This is a very gray area and it's risky which is why the rule is in place to properly source things. So.. Please take care of that and remove the questionable images.
