(29.21) Iftar of the Prime Minister for wounded freedom fighters, orphan and alim-olamad
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina organized the Iftar Mahfil on Monday in the green square of Gonobhaban in honor of Aleem-Ulama, wounded freedom fighters, orphans, and disabled children.
The Prime Minister came to Iftar on 6 pm and exchange greetings with the guests coming to the venue. Later, the Prime Minister interfered with orphan and disabled children.
Before the Iftar, a special munajat was offered for continuous peace, progress, and prosperity of the country and the nation. Besides, praying for the blessings of the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the martyrdom of all the martyrs, national leaders, and martyrs killed in the Karate on August 15, 1975, were also prayed for the court. Imam Mufti Maulana Mizanur Rahman, a senior official of the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, conducted the munajat.
Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque, Religious Affairs Minister Motiur Rahman, Social Welfare Minister Rashed Khan Menon, eminent scholar and Imam of Sholakia Maulana Farid Uddin Masud were present on the stage. BSS
