I figure this could be a way to spread steem power fairly amongst users and since I have a very slight amount more clout than some newer users.
90% of Steem proceeds from this post go directly to the comment writer with the lowest steem.
The idea is simple and ensures nobody is able to keep winning the steem, all it takes is just a vote from those looking to win and those whales that care to spread the steem.
To Win just comment steemmeuppetros , the user with the lowest steem in their wallet wins.
