Federal Reserve Bank

I'm pretty sure most Americans think the Federal Reserve Bank is part of the Federal Government. Something similar to most Canadians believe the Queen doesn't rule Canada. Who's job is it to educate the people? We live in the information age, so there is really no reason not to know. With lies, distractions, and entertainment it's better to not say anything sometimes.
